Permanent, Uninterrupted Use of ASE Civil for Paid Clients

DIRECTIONS

If ASE Civil is operating in “trial mode”, the user is reminded that their authorization to use the software is temporary. The application may be used for a maximum of 30 days in this state. At that point, either the shared network licenses or the workstation installation must be paid in-full to continue using it.

It’s not necessary to wait until the trial mode expires. If your organization has made payment for their purchase, users may request their permanent authorization code from EDI, LLC. Simply provide the information requested in the form at the bottom of this page. If the install ID is valid, an email will be sent within 24 hours (during normal business hours) containing your permanent authorization number. When prompted, enter this number in the space provided in the dialog and the program will display a message stating that the software has been permanently authorized. If there are any problems with the number provided by EDI, contact tech support to resolve the issue.

EXCEPTIONS

The client information distributed with downloaded installations of ASE Civil is for trial use only. That client information cannot be used for permanent authorization. If you have not yet purchased ASE Civil, please do not send a request for authorization because the request will be rejected.

If you’ve recently updated your paid installation from a newly-released version downloaded from the website, ensure that you re-install your enterprise client file after the update.
