WEB LICENSE MANAGER (UPDATE): AseCivil14_HotFix_141206.exe is now available for download and installation. This is classified as a “CRITICAL UPDATE”. As of December 4th, 2014, the latest versions of ASE, which all utilize web licensing, are UNUSABLE without this hot fix.
